Boardwalk Pool Area with Building and Ocean

About Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower

Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower is a premier oceanfront condominium resort located at 2300 N Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. With its distinctive art-deco architecture and prime beachfront location, the Boardwalk has been a landmark along the Grand Strand for over 20 years.

Our community offers over 300 oceanfront residences with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Located just steps from the beach and within walking distance of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and attractions, our owners enjoy the perfect blend of coastal living and convenience.

Our Commitment

The HOA members of Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower take great pride and care in their building and individual properties. Our community is committed to delivering a first-class experience in Myrtle Beach for both residents and visitors.

New management took over oversight of the building in December 2024 and has been making steady progress to ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming to all. From common area improvements to enhanced building operations, we are working every day to uphold the standard our oceanfront location deserves.

The Role of the HOA

The Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower HOA is responsible for the resort’s common areas, shared amenities, and overall building maintenance. This includes the pool, hallways, elevators, parking areas, building exterior, and general upkeep of the property grounds. The HOA is professionally managed by Empress Management, who coordinates with our on-site maintenance and engineering team to keep the resort in excellent condition.

Should any owner or guest need to report a maintenance concern related to a common area, they can direct those matters to Empress Management, who will coordinate with our maintenance and engineering team to swiftly address the issue.

Vacation Rentals & Individual Units

Individual vacation properties within Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower are not managed or rented by the HOA. All units are managed exclusively by third-party rental companies or by property owners directly. For all booking inquiries, housekeeping, in-unit maintenance, and other guest services, please contact your rental company or property owner.

In short: The HOA takes care of the building and its shared spaces. Your rental company or property owner takes care of everything inside your unit.
