Guests & Vacation Renters
Individual vacation properties at Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower are managed exclusively by third-party rental companies or property owners — not by the HOA. For all booking inquiries, housekeeping, in-unit maintenance, and other guest services, please contact your rental company or property owner directly.
Common area maintenance concerns — such as issues with the pool, hallways, elevators, parking, or building exterior — should be reported to Empress Management at (843) 443-4003 or emadmin@empressmgt.com. Our maintenance and engineering team will coordinate to address the issue promptly.
